my Blog
Oh yes, why not make some really cool dracula-Kiss-inspired-o-well-something-scary flowers? Great to make a statement on top of your muffin, or just fun to make and hand out. I made these out of sugar, though I cheated with the teeth.
...or at least my two year old daughter thought so when her birthday was coming up. Rightfully so, I figured. I took an old chair, removed the back of it, picked a wooded box, some sturdy wire, newspapers, masking tape and went on to building the outlines of a creature who was going to be called 'Natalina'.
Nothing seems off limits when it comes to Halloween, at least that's my view on the subject. Pudding with floating eyeballs -check- gigantic spider -check- vampire cups - check... you get the point- Why do we need to wait all year though? I would seriously vote for a spring version?
step-by-step instructions
Here I try to take you through a step-by-step of the inteallslagom project, show you a list of materials, recipees and tools and give some extra tips.
Sometimes I forget to make pictures during the building of my projects, so feel free to contact me if you feel I have left out something.
I generally like using simple materials which can be easily found in hardware stores, food/cake supply stores or your cupboards!
Just a general tip: do not throw away anything from now on! It will save you lots of money. Will increase the mess of your household. Something has got to give;-)
